Michelle Elliott

Michelle is an associate with the firm. She is originally from Newfoundland & Labrador but relocated to Prince Edward Island with her husband, Tony Elliott, in August of 2000.

Michelle obtained her B.Sc. (Biology) in 1993 from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia and went on to complete her LL.B. in 1997 at the University of New Brunswick. Michelle completed her articles in St. John's, Newfoundland and was called to the bar on June 23, 1998. While practicing, she also obtained a Certificate in Business Administration via distance education in May of 2000 from Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Michelle practices primarily in the areas of Family Law, Property, Wills, Estates and Civil Litigation. She has been a member of the Canadian Bar Association since 1997 and is currently a member of the Legal Aid Committee.

Michelle lives in Stratford with her husband, Tony. In their spare time they enjoy golfing and spending quality time with family and friends.
